Wijzig contrast Donker thema - 1 jaar - Toestemming voor het laden van externe media (video, kaarten). - 1 jaar Stichting Kompas zoekt nieuwe bestuursleden Voor ons bestuur zoeken we twee nieuwe leden, ter vervanging van vertrekkende bestuursleden. Wie zijn wij? Kompas is een plek waar mensen elkaar ontmoeten, groeien en meedoen aan de samenleving. Met taal, praktische hulp, ontmoetingen en begeleiding helpen we inwoners van de Bommelerwaard om hun plek te vinden. We werken met een groot en divers team van vrijwilligers (165+) en professionals - en met veel plezier. De groei die Kompas de afgelopen jaren heeft doorgemaakt vraagt om verdere professionalisering en doorontwikkeling van de organisatie. We zijn bezig met het versterken van onze bestuurlijke en organisatorische basis, zodat we ook in de toekomst onze maatschappelijke rol goed kunnen blijven vervullen. Bestuursleden spelen hierin een belangrijke rol als meedenkers en sparringpartners. Wat doet het bestuur? Het bestuur denkt mee over de koers van de stichting, kijkt mee met de directie, houdt toezicht volgens de WBTR en is een klankbord. We vergaderen ongeveer 6 keer per jaar (gemiddeld 2 uur) en zijn af en toe aanwezig bij activiteiten of bijeenkomsten. Het is een vrijwilligersfunctie. Wie zoeken wij? Kompas zoekt betrokken en proactieve bestuursleden die meedenken over de toekomst van de organisatie. We zoeken mensen die: - zich herkennen in de visie en waarden van Kompas; - graag iets betekenen voor anderen; - het leuk vinden om mee te denken over de toekomst van de stichting; - een open blik en gezond verstand meenemen; - op een prettige manier kritisch kunnen zijn; - het bestuur kunnen versterken met eigen kennis en ervaring. Wat breng je mee? We vinden het fijn als je: - ervaring of interesse hebt in het sociaal domein; - kunt meedenken op hoofdlijnen (geen details nodig); - onafhankelijk kunt kijken en beslissen; - in of rondom de Bommelerwaard...
