Elise-Lotte Hamm • 6 oktober 2026 Vacature Nieuwe Leden Commissie 2026 2027 Weet je nog hoe het was om voor het eerst een zaal vol JOVD'ers binnen te lopen? Zorg jij ervoor dat dat dit jaar voor een hoop mensen een goede herinnering wordt? De Nieuwe Leden Commissie heeft drie projecten in één jaar: - JOVD Open Dag, 30 januari: gloednieuw, bestaat nog niet, gaan wij verzinnen; - Nieuwe Ledenweekend I, 20 & 21 maart; - Nieuwe Ledenweekend II, 11 &12 september. Drie projecten, één vraag Namelijk: hoe zorg je dat iemand zich hier thuis gaat voelen? Bij de Open Dag beginnen we bij nul. Eén dag op het Algemeen Secretariaat in Den Haag, dus zonder overnachting, wat de drempel om mee te doen flink verlaagt. De dag is bedoeld voor mensen die nog geen lid zijn maar dat misschien willen worden, mensen die net lid zijn geworden, en leden die tot nu toe vooral lokaal actief zijn en de landelijke vereniging nog niet kennen. Daarbij richten we ons op 16 tot 24 jaar. Alles eromheen mag bedacht worden: het programma, de trainingen, de sfeer, de dag (en mogelijk avondprogramma) en hoe iemand aan het eind van de dag iemand kent om mee af te spreken op de volgende activiteit. Bij de Nieuwe Ledenweekenden bouwen we verder op iets wat al goed werkt, met alle ruimte om te vernieuwen wat niet (meer) goed genoeg werkt. Het programma combineert kennismaking met het liberalisme, uitleg over de vereniging, mogelijk een spreker en gezelligheid, en veronderstelt zo min mogelijk voorkennis: wat voor ervaren JOVD'ers vanzelfsprekend is, voelt voor een nieuw lid al snel als een eigen taal. Het eerste weekend is vooral voor leden die in het najaar en de winter zijn ingestroomd, het tweede voor wie later in het jaar en rond het Augustusoffensief lid is geworden.
