Niet alleen omdat je graag bezig bent in het magazijn, maar ook omdat je energie krijgt van het oplossen van problemen en het helpen van klanten. Je begrijpt dat achter iedere webshopbestelling, retourzending of klacht een klant zit die op een passende oplossing wacht. En precies daar maak jij het verschil. Als Medewerker Retouren & Klantoplossingen ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen het magazijn, de klantadviseurs, leveranciers en vervoerders. Jij houdt overzicht over webshoporders, bewaakt levertijden en signaleert afwijkingen voordat ze voor problemen zorgen. Gaat er toch iets mis? Dan zorg jij ervoor dat de klant snel en duidelijk wordt geïnformeerd en geholpen. Daarnaast ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het gehele retourproces. Je ontvangt en controleert retourzendingen, beoordeelt de staat van artikelen en verwerkt deze correct in Business Central. Ook coördineer je garantieaanvragen en leveranciersretouren en zorg je ervoor dat de administratieve afhandeling zorgvuldig verloopt. Jij kijkt verder dan alleen het verwerken van een retour of klacht. Door retourredenen en klantmeldingen te analyseren, zie jij kansen om processen slimmer en beter in te richten. Zo lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan zowel de klanttevredenheid als de kwaliteit van onze dienstverlening. Geen dag is hetzelfde.
