The posting

En tant que Night Auditor, vous êtes responsable du bon déroulement des opérations de réception durant la nuit ainsi que de la clôture comptable journalière de l'hôtel.

Vos principales responsabilités incluent :

  • Effectuer les procédures de clôture de fin de journée, notamment l'imputation des frais sur les comptes clients, l'exécution des contrôles de nuit et le changement de date dans le système.
  • Traiter les différents modes de paiement : facturation chambre, espèces, chèques, cartes de débit ou de crédit.
  • Gérer les ajustements comptables, les remboursements, les corrections de facturation et les frais divers.
  • Imprimer les listes de contingence afin de disposer d'un registre complet des clients présents en cas d'urgence.
  • Vendre des chambres aux clients se présentant sans réservation, sous réserve des disponibilités.
  • Gérer le standard téléphonique, les demandes de réveil ainsi que la transmission des messages aux clients.
  • Établir les rapports de contrôle des tarifs et des écarts de facturation.
  • Assurer les arrivées tardives des clients (check-in), attribuer les chambres et encoder les informations nécessaires.
  • Activer ou reprogrammer les clés électroniques des chambres.
  • Effectuer le comptage et le contrôle de la caisse en fin de service et sécuriser les fonds conformément aux procédures en vigueur.
  • Vérifier, équilibrer et déposer les recettes selon les normes du département Finance.

Service client et conformité

  • Accueillir chaque client avec professionnalisme, courtoisie et authenticité, conformément aux standards Marriott.
  • Anticiper les besoins des clients et veiller à leur entière satisfaction.
  • Assister les personnes en situation de handicap lorsque cela est nécessaire.
  • Répondre aux appels téléphoniques selon les standards de qualité de l'établissement.
  • Signaler immédiatement tout accident, blessure ou condition de travail présentant un risque à votre responsable.
  • Respecter l'ensemble des politiques, procédures et standards de qualité de l'entreprise.
  • Garantir la confidentialité des informations de l'entreprise et des clients.
  • Contribuer à la protection des biens et des actifs de l'hôtel.

Travail d'équipe

  • Développer et entretenir des relations de travail positives avec l'ensemble des collaborateurs.
  • Collaborer efficacement avec les différents départements afin d'atteindre les objectifs communs.
  • Soutenir l'équipe en assurant une communication claire et professionnelle.

Description du profil

  • Sens aigu du service client et de l'hospitalité.
  • Rigueur, organisation et sens des responsabilités.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome pendant les horaires de nuit.
  • Bonnes compétences administratives et comptables.
  • Aisance relationnelle et excellente communication.
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques hôteliers constitue un atout.
  • Flexibilité pour travailler de nuit, les week-ends et jours fériés.

Le collaborateur peut également être amené à effectuer toute autre tâche raisonnable demandée par sa hiérarchie dans le cadre de ses fonctions.
