Deine Aufgaben

* Mitverantwortlich für den gesamten Rezeptionsbereich

* Check-in der Spätanreisen und Check-out der Frühabreisen

* Durchführung der Tagesabschlüsse

* Rechnungskontrolle sowie Kontrolle der Meldeblätter und offenen PM-Konten

* Verantwortlich für den gesamten Hotelbereich während der Nacht sowie die Sicherheit im Hotel

* Tägliche, wöchentliche und monatliche administrative Arbeiten wie die Erstellung von Listen und Statistiken etc. zur Entlastung des Tagesdienstes

* Erste Anlaufstelle in der Nacht für Gäste bei Fragen und Unklarheiten

* Einhaltung aller Sicherheitsmaßnahmen im Brandfall lt. Anweisung und Einschulung

* Arbeiten mit Oracle Hospitality Suite 8, Symphonie und Skidata

Dein Profil

* Du hast eine Ausbildung in der Hotellerie absolviert und konntest idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung als Night Audit sammeln.

* Deine offene Art und Kommunikationsstärke zeichnen deine Gastgeberqualitäten aus.

* Du verfügst über gute MS-Office Anwenderkenntnisse, Kenntnisse in Fidelio sind von Vorteil.

* Gute Deutschkenntnisse, weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse, Spaß am direkten Gästekontakt und ein sicheres Auftreten runden dein Profil ab.

* Wir wünschen uns Erfahrung in der gehobenen Hotellerie, idealerweise in der Clubhotellerie.
