Ihre Hauptaufgaben

* Check-in und Check-out * Betreuung anspruchsvoller, internationaler Gäste * Complaint Handling * Kassaführung und Rechnungslegung * Durchführung des Nachtlaufs * Sicherheitsrundgänge * Umsetzung der Unternehmensrichtlinien und Standards

Das sollten Sie mitbringen

* Erforderlich: EU-Staatsbürgerschaft oder gültige Arbeitsgenehmigung für Österreich * Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der gehobenen Hotellerie * Erfahrung an der Rezeption von Vorteil * Umfassende Kenntnisse der englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil * Kenntnisse der Computerprogramme MS Office und PMS Opera * Freude an der Arbeit mit Gästen und Mitarbeitern verschiedener Nationalitäten * Professionalität und erstklassiges Auftreten
