Gestalte mit und bewirb dich. 1 Night Audit / Rezeptionist_in Nacht (all genders) Deine Aufgaben

* Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen Geschäftsablaufes in der Nacht

* Begrüßung und Betreuung der Gäste

* Annahme und Verarbeitung der Abrechnungen der einzelnen Outlets

* Durchführen des Tagesabschlusses, Bearbeitung sowie Vorbereitung verschiedener Reports

* Rechnungskontrolle bzw. Vorbereiten der Abreisen für den kommenden Tag

* Allgemeine Rezeptionstätigkeiten

Das bringst Du mit

* Berufsausbildung in der gehobenen Hotellerie

* Erfahrungen in einer gleichwertigen Position in der Luxushotellerie

* Organisationstalent und sehr gute EDV Kenntnisse

* Herausragendes Engagement, Dienstleistungsbereitschaft und großes Interesse an einer teamorientierten Arbeitsweise

* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse von Vorteil

* Erfahrung im Umgang mit OPERA von Vorteil
