Wir suchen einen engagierten Night Auditor (all genders), der mit Fachkompetenz und Sorgfalt sicherstellt, dass unsere Gäste auch während der Nachtstunden erstklassigen Service genießen.

In dieser Schlüsselposition sind Sie für die Überwachung des Hotelbetriebs, die Koordination des nächtlichen Personals sowie die Lösung möglicher Probleme oder Notfälle verantwortlich. Wenn Sie Front Office Erfahrung, hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und eine proaktive Arbeitsweise mitbringen, laden wir Sie ein, Teil unseres Teams zu werden und gemeinsam unvergessliche Gästeerlebnisse zu schaffen.

Das angegebene Bruttogehalt 2.226,- EUR (40 Std./Woche) entspricht dem kollektivvertraglichen Mindestgehalt. Abhängig von Ihrer Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung bietet die ARCOTEL Gruppe die Möglichkeit, ein überdurchschnittliches und leistungsbezogenes Gehalt zu erhalten.

Ihre Rolle

* Kundenorientierte Betreuung der Gäste am Front Office sowie telefonische Beratung

* Check-In und Check-Out der Gäste

* Eingabe und Verwaltung aller Weckrufe

* Durchführung des Tagesabschlusses, einschließlich Reporting für verschiedene Abteilungen

* Sorgfältige und korrekte Kassenführung

* Verantwortung für einen reibungslosen Informationsfluss bei Dienstübergaben

* Übernahme von Concierge-Aufgaben

* Tägliche Überprüfung und Vorbereitung der Anreisen

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Hotellerie oder im Tourismus

* Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Hohe Belastbarkeit und Bereitschaft zur Nachtarbeit

* Ausgeprägte Service- und Teamorientierung

* Professionelles Auftreten als Gastgeber
