  • Leid een gedreven team van operatoren en magazijniers tijdens de nachtshift
  • Volg de productieplanning op via het ERP-systeem en zorg dat alles op tijd klaar is
  • Coach en evalueer teamleden - want goede begeleiding maakt het verschil
  • Houd kwaliteit en productiviteit in de gaten en grijp bij waar nodig
  • Werk samen met andere shift supervisors voor vlotte overdrachten tussen ploegen
  • Ondersteun bij technische problemen en defecten aan machines
  • Bepaal prioriteiten en verdeel personeel waar het nodig is - puzzelen op menselijk niveau
  • Denk mee over procesverbeteringen en breng nieuwe ideeën aan
  • Zorg voor orde en netheid in de afdeling volgens 6S-principes
  • Handhaaf discipline en motiveer het team om doelen te bereiken
  • Bereid om 's nachts te werken (21u tot 5u) - voor wie graag de rust van de nacht omarmt
  • Technische opleiding afgerond (TSO of gelijkwaardig)
  • Minimum 3 jaar ervaring als leidinggevende van meer dan 20 medewerkers
  • Vlotte communicatie in Nederlands en Engels - Frans is een leuke bonus
  • Goede kennis van PC-programma's en MS Office pakket
  • Inspirerend leiderschap om het beste uit mensen te halen
  • Besluitvaardig en kan onder druk kalm blijven - geen paniekzaaier dus
  • Flexibel en past zich makkelijk aan veranderende situaties aan
  • Kritische blik voor procesverbeteringen en oog voor detail
  • Ondernemende instelling om doelen te behalen
