Voor onze klant, een toonaangevende speler in de bouwsector met 31 locaties verspreid over België en onderdeel van een internationale groep, zijn we op zoek naar een Preventieadviseur Niveau 1 in de regio Kampenhout.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Als Preventieadviseur ben jij hét visitekaartje op het gebied van gezondheid en veiligheid. Je speelt een sleutelrol in het ondersteunen en adviseren van de directie en medewerkers, en zorgt voor een prettige, gezonde en veilige werkomgeving. Je verplaatst je regelmatig naar de verschillende vestigingen in heel België om al je collega's mee te nemen in het verhaal van preventie en welzijn.

  • Nauw contact houden met de verschillende doelgroepen en HR, signaleren van knel- en pijnpunten
  • Opstellen en bijhouden van RI&E (Risico Inventarisatie en Evaluatie)
  • Formuleren van voorstellen ter verbetering van arbeidsomstandigheden en adviseren over maatregelen om veiligheidsrisico's te reduceren
  • Opvolgen van wettelijke vereisten (indienststellingen, metingen, brandveiligheid), actiepunten, arbeidsongevallen en gevaarlijke situaties
  • Organiseren van informatiesessies, opleidingen en trainingen rond veiligheid, welzijn en gezondheid
  • Ondersteunen bij het opstellen en naleven van veiligheidsprocedures en -richtlijnen
  • Adviseren, rapporteren en begeleiden van leidinggevenden bij het implementeren van preventiemaatregelen
  • Faciliteren van veranderingsprocessen inzake welzijn en de ontwikkeling en implementatie ervan
  • Bijhouden van relevante wet- en regelgeving en doelgroepen tijdig en correct informeren
  • Het secretariaat verzorgen van het gemeenschappelijk comité PBW
  • Ondersteunen van sustainability rapporteringsinitiatieven (ESG, ECOVADIS, CSRD...)
  • Eerste contactpersoon met de Externe Dienst PBW en overheid
  • Opleiding Preventieadviseur Niveau 1 succesvol afgerond, bij voorkeur met een masteropleiding
  • Gedegen relevante ervaring als preventieadviseur
  • Grondige kennis van geldende wet- en regelgeving (CODEX, Machinerichtlijn, ...)
  • Communicatief sterk in het Nederlands en Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
  • Sterk aanpassingsvermogen aan verschillende persoonlijkheden en situaties
  • Analytische vaardigheden (Excel, databases, ...)
  • Hands-on, resultaatgericht en proactief ingesteld
  • Expert in het vertalen van strategische doelstellingen naar pragmatische oplossingen
  • Flexibel en bereid regelmatig te verplaatsen naar vestigingen verspreid over heel België
  • Echte teamplayer die ook autonoom kan werken
  • Opbouwen van partnerschappen geeft je energie
