Uiteindelijk groeit Nobelhorst uit tot een gebied met ruim 5.500 woningen. Wij zoeken een ervaren senior projectmanager voor de realisatie van deze opgave. Een rol voor iemand die zijn sporen in het vak heeft verdiend en de komende jaren impact wil maken. Waarom deze functie bijzonder is Je bent opdrachtgever van het realisatieteam én zit in het kernteam dat dagelijks aan het stuur van de gebiedsontwikkeling staat. Daardoor bevind je je precies op het punt waar ontwikkeling en realisatie samenkomen. Je overziet wat er op korte termijn moet gebeuren én welke strategische keuzes nodig zijn voor de voortgang in de komende jaren. Vanuit die positie heb je directe invloed op hoe Nobelhorst de komende jaren wordt gerealiseerd. Werken midden in de opgave Nobelhorst heeft een eigen projectorganisatie op locatie. Dat betekent korte lijnen, direct contact met collega's en dagelijks zicht op de voortgang van het gebied waarvoor je werkt. We houden van duidelijkheid. We bespreken problemen als ze er zijn. We helpen elkaar wanneer dat nodig is. We zijn kritisch op de inhoud en zeggen waar het op staat.
