CGG De Pont is een van de 17 Centra voor Geestelijke Gezondheidszorg in Vlaanderen. We zijn specialisten in preventie, vroegdetectie en ambulante behandeling van ernstige psychische problemen.

We zijn een dynamische organisatie die haar aanbod steeds vernieuwt in functie van de noden van de maatschappij, onze cliënten en onze collega’s. Opleiding en vorming zorgen ervoor dat we kwalitatieve zorg kunnen bieden.

Als sociale onderneming kiezen we ervoor om nauw samen te werken met partners in het netwerk om zo de geestelijke gezondheidszorg in ons werkingsgebied te verbeteren. Samenwerking is ook intern een vaste waarde: we werken steeds multidisciplinair in teamverband.

CGG De Pont is nu op zoek naar een non-verbale therapeut met een opleiding in psychodrama, lichaamsgerichte of beeldende therapie.

Wat zijn je taken?

  • je werkt psychotherapeutisch met volwassenen met ernstige psychische problemen en hun context, met inbegrip van screening, intakeprocedure, diagnostiek en therapeutische begeleiding;
  • je verkent samen met de cliënt de zorgbehoeften en inzichten in de zorgnoden met het oog op het opstellen van een behandelplan met concrete doelen;
  • je werkt multidisciplinair met o.a. psychiater, psychologen, maatschappelijk werker, groepstherapeuten;
  • je maakt gebruik van de principes die passen binnen herstelgericht werken zoals werken rond engagement en verantwoordelijkheid van cliënt en netwerk in het proces, aanklampende zorg waar nodig, focus op de link met het leven in de maatschappij, bemoeizorg, open dialogue, contextueel werken;
  • je neemt deel aan casusoverleg, proces bespreking met cliënt/netwerk/collega’s
  • je geeft groepstherapie en werkt deze mee uit;
  • je bouwt mee aan een jonge vernieuwde werking waarin we samen lijnen zetten en thema’s verdiepen;
  • je denkt met het team kritisch na over zorg en hoe deze te organiseren voor jongeren en volwassenen

Ben jij de collega die we zoeken? Dan...

  • heb je min. 3 jaar ervaring met de therapeutische begeleiding van (jong)volwassenen met een psychologische of psychiatrische problematiek;
  • ben je therapeutisch gespecialiseerd in psychodrama, lichaamsgericht werken of beeldende therapie;
  • ben je sterk in het detecteren en analyseren van noden en kan je deze vertalen in een kwalitatief aanbod;
  • ben je geboeid door nieuwe initiatieven en manieren van werken;
  • kan je herstelgericht en oplossingsgericht werken;
  • heb je affiniteit/ervaring met het werken in een samenwerkingsverband. Je kan vlot samenwerken met je collega’s van het team en van andere diensten binnen en buiten de GGZ;
  • ben je ICT-vaardig;
  • heb je een groot sociaal engagement;
  • is het een meerwaarde als je meertalig bent;
  • ben je bereid om te werken op 2 of 3 vestigingen afhankelijk van je voorkeur
  • zal je één avond van 17u00 tot 20u00 werken, volledig uurrooster verder samen te bekijken.
  • werk je divers-sensitief.
