Met complexe projecten op het gebied van sloop, demontage, ontmanteling, asbestsanering, recycling en infrastructuur leveren we een bijdrage aan een duurzame leefomgeving. Dat vraagt om vakmanschap, precisie en machines die in de juiste handen zijn. Daarom zoeken wij een NORM Supervisor die de uitvoering organiseert, het team aanstuurt en ervoor zorgt dat werkzaamheden veilig, verantwoord en volgens de geldende richtlijnen worden uitgevoerd. Jouw uitdaging Als NORM Supervisor ben je verantwoordelijk voor de correcte en veilige uitvoering van NORM-projecten. Je organiseert de werkzaamheden, stuurt NORM-medewerkers aan en bewaakt de planning, kwaliteit en voortgang van het project. Je werkt onder leiding van en rapporteert aan de Projectmanager en/of Coördinator Radiation Expert. Wat ga je doen? Met oog voor veiligheid zorg je ervoor dat NORM-werkzaamheden volgens planning én volgens de geldende wet- en regelgeving worden uitgevoerd. - Voorbereiden van de start van een NORM-project. - Toezien op een veilige, gezonde en milieubewuste uitvoering van NORM-projecten volgens het ALARA-concept. - Verstrekken van benodigde instructies, informatie en correcte BPM's aan medewerkers voor een veilige uitvoering van de werkzaamheden. - Toezien op naleving van wet- en regelgeving, interne regels en voorschriften en afwijkingen melden bij de HQSE-afdeling.Uitvoeren van inspectierondes op het gebied van HQSE en projectuitvoering en waar nodig passende maatregelen treffen. - Uitvoeren van inspectierondes op het gebied van HQSE en projectuitvoering en waar nodig passende maatregelen treffen. - Verzorgen van administratieve werkzaamheden, waaronder dagrapportages, EPD-reg...
