Die Notariatskanzlei Dr. Martin Gratzl MBL mit Sitz in Ravelsbach sucht zur weiteren Teamverstärkung 1 Notariatsassistent/in (40h); aber auch Teilzeit (ab 20 h) möglich

Aufgaben (nach Einschulung):

* Erstellung von Kaufverträgen und Schenkungsverträgen, Grundbuchsgesuche, Erstellung von Firmenbuchurkunden und -Eingaben mit selbständiger Aktenführung sowie Erstellung von notariellen Urkunden und Eingaben im Allgemeinen

* allgemeine Büro- und Kanzleitätigkeiten

* Terminkoordination

Anforderungen:

* HAK oder vergleichbare abgeschlossene Fachausbildung

* einige Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung in einem Notariat oder bei einem Anwalt mit Schwerpunkt Grundbuch, einschlägige Erfahrung im Idealfall im Bereich Bauträger- bzw. Immobilienprojekte und/oder Firmenbuch

* sehr gute Rechtschreibkenntnisse

* sehr gute Computerkenntnisse (MS-Office, Notabene-Kenntnisse von Vorteil)

* genaue, strukturierte und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise

* diskret, pflichtbewusst, verlässlich, pünktlich, teamfähig und höfliche Umgangsformen
