Notar:innen sind moderne Rechtsdienstleister mit langer Tradition. Bei Rechtsfragen zu den Themen Vorsorge, Immobilien oder Unternehmen unterstützen Notar:innen.

Unparteilichkeit und ausgleichende Rechtsberatung sind für ihre Arbeit ausschlaggebend.

Ein zentraler Arbeitsbereich von Notar:innen ist die Berarbeitung von Verlassenschaften als Gerichtskommissär:innen.

In Österreich beginnt nach jedem Todesfall automatisch ein Verlassenschaftsverfahren. Notar:innen sind gesetzlich beauftragt, dieses Verfahren durchzuführen. Notar:innen arbeiten dabei als Gerichtskommissär:innen.

Gerichtskommissär:innen informieren alle Beteiligten über ihre Rechte und Pflichten. Sie helfen bei der Abwicklung der Verlassenschaft und der Übertragung des Vermögens an die Erb:innen. Gerichtskommissär:innen sind unparteiisch und sorgen dafür, dass der Wille der verstorbenen Person erfüllt wird.

Als Angestellte:r wird Ihre Tätigkeit auch sehr stark durch die Kommunikation mit dem Gericht und den Parteien in Verlassenschaftsangelegenheiten geprägt sein.

Wir erweitern unser Team und suchen 1 Notariatsassistent_in (m/w/d) Vollzeit/Teilzeit für das Notariat Gaming

Ihre Aufgaben

* Allgemeine administrative und organisatorische Kanzleitätigkeiten von Terminkoordination bis zur Aktenverwaltung

* Persönlicher, telefonischer und schriftlicher Kontakt mit Klienten, Behörden und Gerichten

* Bearbeitung von Verlassenschaftsakten, Vorbereitung von notariellen Urkunden, Schenkungsverträgen, Kaufverträgen, Testamenten, Vorsorgevollmachten, Unterschriftsbeglaubigungen, Firmenbuchsachen, u.a.

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung (kaufmännische Lehre, AHS oder berufsbildende mittlere/höhere Schule)

* Zuverlässigkeit, Verschwiegenheit, Genauigkeit und Pflichtbewusstsein

* Begeisterung für organisatorische Tätigkeiten

* Freude an Computerarbeit und fundierte EDV-Anwenderkenntnisse (MS-Office)

* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Rechtschreibkenntnisse

* Teamfähigkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft

* Freundliches, gepflegtes Auftreten und höfliche Umgangsformen

Entlohnung

Das Mindestentgelt für die Stelle als Büroangestellt(er)e beträgt 1.800,00 EUR brutto pro Monat auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung. Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung. Die genaue Entlohnung wird in einem persönlichen Gespräch vereinbart.
