The posting

Voor een gerenommeerd notariskantoor in de regio Utrecht zijn wij op zoek naar een nauwkeurige en enthousiaste Notarieel Administratief Assistent voor 24-32 uur per week, verdeeld over 3-4 dagen (maandag t/m donderdag).

Als Notarieel Administratief Assistent bij onze opdrachtgever ondersteun je de afdeling familierecht, waar je te maken krijgt met diverse juridische documenten zoals testamenten, samenlevingscontracten en documenten voor nalatenschappen. Je vervult een essentiële rol binnen het team door administratieve ondersteuning te bieden en cliëntcontact te onderhouden.

Naast je administratieve werkzaamheden ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor cliënten en fungeer je als spil tussen hen en de notarissen. Het betreft een veelzijdige functie waarbij nauwkeurigheid, discretie en klantgerichtheid centraal staan. Je werkt in een informele omgeving waar korte communicatielijnen en een prettige werksfeer belangrijk zijn.

Een afgeronde MBO-opleiding in een secretariële of juridisch-administratieve richting

Bij voorkeur ervaring in een soortgelijke functie of affiniteit met de juridische sector

Je bent nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail

Je bent klantgericht en hebt een dienstverlenende instelling

Je kunt zelfstandig werken en prioriteiten stellen
