Ben jij jurist en wil je jouw carrière verder uitbouwen binnen een modern notariskantoor? Voor onze klant te Antwerpen zijn we op zoek naar een Notarieel Jurist/Jurist Notariaat die juridische dossiers zelfstandig wil behandelen en cliënten op een professionele en betrokken manier wil adviseren.

Deze vacature is interessant voor een jurist die al ervaring heeft binnen het notariaat en op zoek is naar meer verantwoordelijkheid, inhoudelijke diepgang en rechtstreeks contact met cliënten. Als Notarieel Jurist krijg je de mogelijkheid om dossiers inhoudelijk van dichtbij op te volgen en je expertise binnen verschillende domeinen van het notarieel recht verder uit te bouwen.

Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:

  • Behandelen van dossiers binnen het vastgoedrecht, waaronder vastgoedtransacties, verkoop- en aankoopakten, huurovereenkomsten en zakelijke rechten.
  • Opvolgen van dossiers binnen het familierecht, met aandacht voor onder meer nalatenschappen, successieplanning en huwelijksvermogensrecht.
  • Werken rond vennootschapsrecht, waaronder oprichtingen, statutenwijzigingen en verschillende vormen van herstructurering.
  • Van begin tot einde beheren van juridische dossiers en instaan voor een correcte en tijdige opvolging.
  • Fungeren als inhoudelijk aanspreekpunt voor cliënten, collega's en andere betrokken partijen.
  • Complexe juridische situaties analyseren en deze vertalen naar heldere en juridisch onderbouwde oplossingen.
  • Samenwerken met collega's en bijdragen aan een kwalitatieve en efficiënte dienstverlening.
  • Je beschikt over een Master in de Rechten en/of Master Notariaat.
  • Je hebt reeds ervaring binnen een notariskantoor en wilt jouw kennis verder verdiepen.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk en weet juridische vraagstukken te vertalen naar praktische en haalbare oplossingen.
  • Je communiceert duidelijk en professioneel en beschikt over de nodige empathie in cliëntcontacten.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken, maar functioneert eveneens goed binnen een team.
  • Je bent leergierig en hebt de ambitie om je juridische expertise blijvend verder te ontwikkelen.
  • Je staat open voor digitalisering, juridische software en moderne werkmethodes.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor de verschillende details die binnen juridische dossiers van belang zijn.
  • Je bent iemand die verantwoordelijkheid durft nemen en graag initiatief toont.
