Als notarieel jurist in regio Tienen beheer je zelfstandig courante notariële dossiers en volg je alle formaliteiten rond de akte correct op.

  • Je behandelt zelfstandig courante dossiers, zoals verkopen, kredieten, schenkingen, huwelijkscontracten en vennootschappen.
  • Je volgt elk dossier van begin tot einde op en ziet erop toe dat alle formaliteiten voor en na het verlijden van de akte correct worden vervuld.
  • Je bent, naast de notaris, het aanspreekpunt en de vertrouwenspersoon voor alle betrokken partijen in het dossier.
  • Wanneer je volledig operationeel bent, neem je ook complexere dossiers op, zoals vereffening-verdeling en successieplanning.
  • Je werkt samen met de juristen aan uniforme aktemodellen en beheert deze om de dienstverlening aan cliënten verder te verbeteren.

Voor de vacature als notarieel jurist in regio Tienen zijn we op zoek naar iemand die zich in deze omschrijving herkent:
