Jouw takenpakket

Als dossierbeheerder sta je in voor het zelfstandig beheer van dossiers in gevarieerde materies, zoals het vastgoedrecht (zoals verkoop uit de hand, verkoop in nieuwbouwdossiers, openbare verkoop en bijhorende kredietdossiers), vennootschapsrecht, familierecht en familiaal vermogensrecht (zoals schenking, verdeling, huwelijkscontract, nalatenschap, echtscheiding, zorgvolmacht, ….).

Indien mogelijk, tevens het opstellen van akten in meer complexe dossiers zoals verkavelingsakten, basisakten en gerechtelijke opdrachten.

Het zelfstandig beheer van de dossiers gebeurt in overleg en samenspraak met de collega’s en de notarissen. Contact met cliënteel, verschaffen van inlichtingen.

Je verzorgt de opmaak van de akten via ons specifieke softwareprogramma DataConsult/Supermedewerker (Septeo Group Belgium).

Je hebt veelvuldig contact met cliënten en je staat hen bij met advies. Dit in samenwerking met een notaris of een collega.

Jouw profiel

Je behaalde

▪ ofwel een diploma (notarieel) jurist;

▪ een bachelordiploma rechtspraktijk of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.

Je bent leergierig en georganiseerd met zin voor verantwoordelijkheid.

Je bent sociaal, klantvriendelijk, communicatief en collegiaal.

Je hebt een goede kennis van de courante softwareprogramma’s (outlook, word, excel,…).

Kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.
