Voor onze klant in regio Antwerpen zoeken we een jurist(e) met notariële affiniteit. Iemand die graag z’n schouders zet onder uiteenlopende dossiers en voldoening haalt uit heldere communicatie, correct advies en punctuele opvolging.

Je krijgt meteen een vast contract en komt terecht in een stabiel, warm team waar expertise, samenwerking en persoonlijke groei centraal staan.

Wat je gaat doen: Als dossierbeheerder neem je de touwtjes in handen van A tot Z. Je behandelt dossiers in verschillende notariële vakgebieden, van het eerste klantencontact tot de ondertekening van de akte. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles tot in de puntjes klopt en dat cliënten zich gehoord, geholpen en goed geïnformeerd voelen.

Je beantwoordt vragen, zoekt mee naar pragmatische oplossingen en neemt actief deel aan overleg. Heb je al wat ervaring? Dan kan je ook collega’s begeleiden in hun dossierbeheer. Jij bent een jurist met een hart voor het notariaat. Iemand die nauwkeurig werkt, proactief meedenkt en met plezier de juiste informatie helder overbrengt.

Je hebt een Master Rechten, bij voorkeur aangevuld met een Manama Notariaat Je hebt idealiter 3 à 5 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie Je werkt gestructureerd, zelfstandig én vlot in team Je blijft rustig onder deadlines en stelt de cliënt centraal Kennis van Acta Libra?
