Wij begeleiden klanten van begin tot eind: van aankoop en verkoop tot hypotheek en overdracht. Binnen dit proces spelen onze ervaren medewerkers en klerken Onroerend Goed een belangrijke rol. Ter versterking van ons vastgoedteam zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren medewerker of klerk Onroerend Goed voor onze vestiging Gemert en/of Deurne. Wat ga je doen? Je behandelt zelfstandig dossiers binnen de onroerendgoedpraktijk en bent betrokken bij het gehele proces voor onze cliënten. Dit begint bij de beoordeling en voorbereiding van het dossier, het opstellen of controleren van conceptakten en correspondentie, tot en met de definitieve afwikkeling. Je bewaakt termijnen, signaleert bijzonderheden en bent een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor cliënten en betrokken partijen. Denk hierbij aan het volgende: • je stelt zelfstandig of onder eindverantwoordelijkheid van de notaris akten van levering, hypotheekakten en bijbehorende stukken op; • je behandelt uiteenlopende en soms complexe OG-dossiers zelfstandig en weet wanneer je moet afstemmen met de notaris of kandidaat-notaris; • je onderhoudt contact met cliënten, banken, makelaars, adviseurs en andere betrokken partijen; • je denkt actief mee over dossierkwaliteit, procesverbetering en een goede samenwerking binnen het team.
