Ons team bestaat uit deskundige professionals, die samenwerken in een open collegiale sfeer met oog voor kwaliteit én de mens achter het dossier. Voor ons kantoor zijn wij op zoek naar een nauwkeurige en betrokken Notarieel medewerker Bijzonder Onroerend Goed (ondersteunende functie). Wat ga je doen? Als Notarieel medewerker Onroerend Goed houd je je bezig met uiteenlopende zaken zoals: - Contact onderhouden met partijen zoals (bedrijfs-)makelaars, hypotheekadviseurs en klanten. - Het ondersteunen van de behandelaars op het gebied van bijzonder vastgoed (zoals commercieel vastgoed, projectontwikkeling, opstalrechten etc.). - Het voorbereiden van dossiers, het opvragen van gegevens en het versturen van stukken. - Communicatie met instanties zoals het Kadaster en banken. - Afwikkelen en archiveren van dossiers en verrichten van allerlei administratieve werkzaamheden. Wat breng je mee: - Enige ervaring binnen het notariaat, bij voorkeur met Onroerend Goed is een pré. - Afgeronde opleiding op minimaal MBO niveau. - Je werkt zelfstandig, bent leergierig en hebt oog voor detail. - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een klantgerichte instelling. - Ervaring met Quantaris is een pré.
