Als Notarieel Medewerker Junior versterk je een betrokken notariskantoor in de regio Leidschendam en krijg je volop de ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen het vak. Ons aanbod - Een salaris tussen de € 2.700,- en € 3.700,- per maand op basis van 37,5 uur; - Een functie vanaf drie dagen per week, met flexibele werktijden; - 25 vakantiedagen en 8% vakantiegeld - Vrij tussen kerst en oud en nieuw; - Één dag per week thuiswerken; - Goede interne begeleiding, waarbij je stap voor stap meer inhoudelijke dossierwerkzaamheden oppakt; - Doorgroeimogelijkheden naar Notarieel Medewerker of Notarisklerk; - Regelmatige teametentjes en een jaarlijks teamuitje. Wat ga je doen als Notarieel Medewerker Junior? - Dossiers openen, bijhouden en compleet maken binnen de familiepraktijk; - Telefonisch en schriftelijk contact onderhouden met cliënten; - Afspraken inplannen en zorgvuldig voorbereiden; - Documenten verwerken en controleren, waaronder stukken rondom boedels en erfbelasting; - Ondersteunen bij het voorbereiden en afhandelen van notariële dossiers; - Collega's ondersteunen bij uiteenlopende dossierwerkzaamheden; - Je ontwikkelen in de inhoudelijke werkzaamheden binnen het personen- en familierecht. Wat zijn je kwaliteiten als Notarieel Medewerker Junior? - Een afgeronde mbo- of hbo-opleiding; - Affiniteit met het personen- en familierecht en het notariaat; - Je bent klantgericht, nauwkeurig en vindt het leuk om nieuwe kennis op te doen; - Je hebt een uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal en een goede uitdrukkingsvaardigheid in het Engels.
