Voor het gezelligste notariskantoor van Den Haag, Matzinger Eversdijk Notarissen, zijn wij op zoek naar ervaren medewerkers (parttime/fulltime) op de afdeling onroerend goed. Wat is de functie? Voor onze afdeling onroerend goed zoeken wij naar een notarieel medewerker/klerk met ervaring. Als medewerker onroerend goed ga je zelfstandig dossiers behandelen binnen dit rechtsgebied. Je zal hierin o.a. leverings- en hypotheekakten opmaken, alsmede het onderhouden van de contacten met cliënten, makelaars, tussenpersonen en banken.Heb je overigens talent voor afwijkende onroerend goed zaken, dan is er mogelijkheid om dat te uiten o.a. in zaken met betrekking tot erfpacht, verdelingen en/of splitsing in appartementsrechten. Intern kunnen wij je naar behoefte hierin ook opleiden. Wat verwachten wij van jou? - Je bent minimaal 3 tot 5 dagen beschikbaar; - Je hebt bij voorkeur ruime ervaring op dit vakgebied; - Je hebt naast je sociale skills tevens HBO werk- en denkniveau; - Je bent accuraat, geordend en servicegericht; - Beheersing van de Engelse taal komt in Den Haag goed van pas. Wie zijn wij? Matzinger Eversdijk Notarissen is een middelgroot kantoor in de mooie wijk Zorgvliet te Den Haag, we zijn goed bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer. Hier werken wij met een fijn en gezellig team van 2 notarissen en ongeveer 30 medewerkers (waaronder 1 toegevoegd notaris en 4 kandidaat-notarissen).
