Je werkzaamheden omvatten zowel de 'klassieke' overdracht van woningen als het ontleden van complexe juridische vraagstukken. Je helpt onze cliënten bij een van de grootste stappen in hun leven. Je duikt in de registers van het Kadaster om eigendomsgegevens te verifiëren, onderzoekt erfdienstbaarheden, kettingbedingen en splitsingsakten en vertaalt dit in een heldere uitleg richting je cliënt. Daarnaast heb je contact met tussenpersonen hypotheken en makelaars. Je bent de spin in het web. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles op de datum van de overdracht voor alle partijen is geregeld. De combinatie van minutieus onderzoek en sociaal contact maakt de functie uitdagend en dynamisch. Bij Hoffspoor Notarissen werk je op een professioneel, maar vooral toegankelijk notariskantoor waar samenwerking en persoonlijke aandacht centraal staan. We zijn een hecht team met korte lijnen, waar ruimte is om mee te denken, vragen te stellen en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Als notarieel medewerker onroerend goed ben je verantwoordelijk voor de inhoudelijke behandeling van dossiers binnen jouw vakgebied. Als onafhankelijk en onpartijdig adviseur zorg je ervoor dat de afspraken tussen koper en verkoper rechtsgeldig en duidelijk worden vastgelegd. Wat ga je doen? Als notarieel medewerker onroerend goed werk je nauw samen met notarissen, kandidaat-notarissen en collega's binnen de praktijk. Je zorgt ervoor dat de eigendomsoverdrachten juridisch goed zijn voorbereid en ondersteunt bij uiteenlopende vraagstukken. Het werk is snel en resultaatgericht; alles moet worden voorbereid voor de uiteindelijke leveringsakte en hypotheekakte. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het voorbereiden en uitwerken van koopovereenkomsten, eigendomsoverdrachten en bijbehorende hypotheekakten; - Het opstellen en controleren van koopcontracten, geldleningsovereenkomsten, eigendomsa...
