Voor dit kantoor zoeken we een Notarieel Medewerker Onroerend Goed met ervaring in nieuwbouwprojecten, die zelfstandig aktes voorbereidt en cliënten begeleidt bij vastgoedtransacties in Bennekom. Het aanbod - Salaris tussen € 2.900,- en € 4.000,- bruto per maand op fulltime basis; - 25 vakantiedagen per jaar; - 8% vakantiegeld; - Reiskostenvergoeding van € 0,23 per kilometer; - Flexibele secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden die je naar eigen voorkeur kunt invullen; - Opleidingsbudget voor notariële bijscholing en vakinhoudelijke cursussen; - Gezamenlijke lunches, borrels en kantooruitjes; - Elk jaar een leuk kerstpakket! Jouw taken - Opstellen en controleren van aktes op het gebied van onroerend goed; - Verwerken en bewaken van dossiers, van intake tot het passeren van de notariële akte; - Het controleren van juridische toetsing op eigendom en bestemming; - Onderhouden van contact met cliënten, makelaars en banken over lopende dossiers; - Verzorgen van de contractbeheer-administratie rondom aan- en verkoop van vastgoed. Jouw kwaliteiten - Afgeronde opleiding op hbo-niveau, bij voorkeur richting notarieel recht of onroerend goed; - Minimaal 1 jaar werkervaring in een notariële of juridische advisering-omgeving; - Kennis van nieuwbouw projecten is een pré; - Goede beheersing van het Nederlands is een vereiste.
