Notarieel medewerker Personen- & Familierecht Tiel | 24 - 32 uur Even eerlijk. Veel mensen denken bij een notariskantoor aan dikke aktes, marmeren vloeren en formele stilte. Bij ons hoor je eerder gelach in de gang, het geluid van een koffiemok die neergezet wordt op iemands bureau en een collega die zegt: "Zullen we even meedenken met deze klant in plaats van een standaard mail sturen?". Welkom bij Notarispraktijk Mr. Roland Kok in Tiel , een kantoor zonder drempels (behalve die bij de voordeur). Waar ga je werken? In hartje Tiel, in een karakteristiek pand waar je elkaar niet hoeft te mailen om iets te vragen: één backoffice-ruimte, veel gezelligheid. We zijn een klein, betrokken team dat houdt van duidelijke taal, korte lijnen en werk dat klopt tot in de komma. We zijn collega's die elkaar helpen en we willen cliënten écht leren kennen. Personen- en Familierecht betekent alles wat raakt aan de belangrijke momenten in iemands leven. Van trouwen tot erven, samenwonen of afscheid nemen. Dat vraagt om vakkennis, maar minstens zoveel inlevingsvermogen en lef om moeilijke gesprekken niet uit de weg te gaan en de rust om goed te luisteren. We zijn professioneel, maar we zijn ook gewoon mensen. En dat voel je aan alles wat we doen. Wat ga je doen? Als notarieel medewerker Personen- & Familierecht ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de dossiers die aan jou zijn toevertrouwd. Jij houdt overzicht, zorgt dat alles klopt en dat cliënten zich gehoord en goed begeleid voelen. Soms met een lach, soms met een traan, maar altijd met aandacht. Concreet betekent dit dat je: - zelfstandig dossiers behandelt en beheert op het gebied van personen- en familierecht; - (levens)testamenten, huwelijkse voorwaarden en samenlevingscontracten opmaakt en controleert; - contact onderhoudt met cliënten, maar ook met andere betrokkenen zoals banken en makelaars, zodat alles soepel en op tijd verloopt; - professioneel én persoonlijk communiceert; je kunt je go...
