Voor een notariskantoor in de buurt van Heelsum zoeken wij een Notarieel Medewerker Personen- en Familierecht . In deze functie begeleid je cliënten bij testamenten, aktes en juridische vraagstukken rondom erfrecht en familierecht. Benieuwd wat dit kantoor jou te bieden heeft? Lees dan verder! Wat ga je doen? - Opstellen en verwerken van notariële aktes binnen het personen- en familierecht; - Adviseren en begeleiden van cliënten rondom testamenten, erfrecht en volmachten; - Bijhouden van dossiers en contractadministratie; - Bewaken van termijnen binnen lopende dossiers; - Signaleren van juridische vraagstukken en deze bespreken met de notaris. Wat zijn je kwaliteiten? - Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding richting notarieel recht of juridische dienstverlening; - Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring binnen een notariskantoor of juridisch kantoor, bij voorkeur binnen het personen- en familierecht; - Je werkt nauwkeurig en bent vertrouwd met het opstellen van juridische stukken; - Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.
