Over ons Lexperience is een professioneel en toegankelijk notariskantoor in Eersel. Met een team van notarissen, kandidaat-notarissen en deskundige medewerkers werken we binnen het personen- en familierecht, onroerend goed en ondernemingsrecht. Persoonlijke aandacht en écht meedenken staan daarbij centraal. We zijn serieus over ons vak, maar houden de omgang graag laagdrempelig. Korte lijnen, elkaar helpen als dat nodig is en samen zorgen dat het werk goed gedaan wordt. We zijn trots op ons kantoor en op het team waarmee we dat iedere dag doen. En omdat ons kantoor groeit, zoeken we versterking. Over de functie Als notarieel medewerker Personen- en Familierecht maak je onderdeel uit van ons P&F-team. Je werkt nauw samen met onze notaris, kandidaat-notaris en collega notarieel medewerker. Samen zijn jullie verantwoordelijk voor het hele proces en zorgen jullie ervoor dat ieder dossier zorgvuldig en prettig verloopt. De besprekingen met cliënten worden voornamelijk gevoerd door de (kandidaat) notaris. Daarna pak jij het dossier verder op. Je werkt de bespreking zorgvuldig uit, stelt de benodigde conceptakten en stukken op en begeleidt het dossier verder richting ondertekening. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - het uitwerken van cliëntbesprekingen; - het opstellen van conceptakten, van bijvoorbeeld testamenten, levenstestamenten en samenlevingscontracten; - het beheren en bewaken van de voortgang van je dossiers; - het toesturen van conceptakten en correspondentie aan cliënten; - het beantwoorden van vragen v...
