Jij houdt overzicht, schakelt met alle betrokken partijen en zorgt dat niets een soepele overdracht in de weg staat. Wat hebben we jou te bieden? Als Notarieel Medewerker Vastgoed ga je werken in een gezellig team waarin serieus werken prima samengaat met een goede dosis humor. Samen lunchen in de tuin zodra het weer meewerkt, af en toe een borrel of hapje en koffie binnen handbereik: het hoort er allemaal bij. Je krijgt daarnaast de mogelijkheid om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen het notariaat en werkt vanuit een modern ingericht kantoor. - Een bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3.750,- en € 4.300,-, afhankelijk van je ervaring - Een goede pensioenregeling via het pensioenfonds voor het notariaat - Reiskostenvergoeding - Een jaarcontract met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband - 25 vakantiedagen, 8% vakantiegeld én een mooi cadeau aan het einde van het jaar Over de functie Van het eerste koopcontract tot het moment waarop de overdracht plaatsvindt: jij bewaakt als Notarieel Medewerker het hele proces achter de schermen. Je hebt contact met onder andere kopers, verkopers, banken en makelaars en houdt ondertussen scherp in de gaten of ieder dossier compleet is. Want één ontbrekende handtekening kan nét iets te veel spanning opleveren. - Je bouwt dossiers voor woningtransacties op en zorgt dat deze netjes worden beheerd - Met klanten, banken, makelaars en andere betrokken partijen houd je contact over de voortgang - Documenten controleer je zorgvuldig op volledigheid; dat ontbrekende handtekeningetje ontsnapt niet aan jouw aandacht - Planningen houd je scherp in de gaten en binnenkomende vragen laat je niet onnodig...
