Als Notarieel Secretaresse ondersteun je samen met twee collega-secretaresses het team van de notariële ondernemingsrecht- en onroerend goedpraktijk. Je zorgt dat dossiers tot in de puntjes verzorgd zijn en dat het juridische proces vlekkeloos verloopt. Jouw taken op een rij: - Je bereidt notariële akten en overige documenten voor en maakt deze passeerklaar. - Je onderhoudt het contact met cliënten en instanties zoals de Kamer van Koophandel en het Kadaster. - Je maakt digitale dossiers aan, beheert deze en houdt agenda's en het cliëntenbestand bij. - Je helpt bij het tijdig uitsturen van declaraties. - Je levert overige ondersteunende werkzaamheden voor de (kandidaat-)notarissen.
