Je zorgt ervoor dat dossiers, afspraken en administratieve werkzaamheden soepel verlopen en bent daarmee een belangrijke schakel binnen de organisatie. Klinkt dit als iets voor jou? Wat ga je doen als Notarieel Secretaresse Personen- en Familierecht? - Verwerken en archiveren van juridische documenten en correspondentie; - Opstarten en administratief beheren van dossiers; - Inplannen en beheren van afspraken met cliënten; - Ondersteunen bij de administratieve afhandeling van akten en verklaringen; - Controleren en registreren van gepasseerde akten en verzorgen van afrondende werkzaamheden.
