Voor onze praktijk zijn we op zoek naar ervaren notarisklerken binnen één of meerdere van onze rechtsgebieden. Jouw rol - Het zelfstandig voorbereiden en behandelen van dossiers; - Het opstellen en beoordelen van conceptakten en overige stukken; - Het uitvoeren van recherches en controles; - Het onderhouden van contact met cliënten en andere betrokken partijen; - Het bewaken van de voortgang van dossiers; - Het signaleren van aandachtspunten en tijdig afstemmen met de (kandidaat-)notaris; - Het inhoudelijk en praktisch volledig voorbereiden van dossiers voor de notaris. Jouw profiel - Heb je ruime ervaring binnen onroerend goed, ondernemingsrecht en/of personen- en familierecht; - Kun je zelfstandig dossiers behandelen; - Werk je nauwkeurig en zorgvuldig; - Neem je verantwoordelijkheid voor je eigen dossiers; - Communiceer je makkelijk met cliënten en collega's; - Zie je werk en aandachtspunten voordat iemand ze bij je neerlegt; - Denk je graag mee over hoe dingen beter of slimmer kunnen.
