Notarisklerk/notarieel medewerker voor de vastgoedpraktijk Jij bent de persoon met gevoel voor mensen én voor precisie. Je werkt graag aan diverse soorten vastgoeddossiers, van particuliere vastgoed en hypotheken tot nieuwbouwprojecten. Met jouw enthousiasme en kennis kom jij ons team aanvullen. Waarom dit kantoor: - Middelgroot kantoor (ongeveer 20 collega's) - korte lijnen, open deuren - Flexibele werkgever die werkt vanuit vertrouwen - Veel zelfstandigheid - Ruimte om écht mee te bouwen aan de praktijk - Een werkgever die ook meedenkt bij jouw werk/privébalans door bijvoorbeeld deels thuiswerken en/of andere werktijden - Aandacht voor jouw ontwikkeling en kansen (geen must) om door te groeien - Afwisselende praktijk met nadruk op vastgoed Dit ben jij: Geen dag is bij ons hetzelfde, dus je moet goed om kunnen gaan met deze afwisseling! Je beheert zelfstandig dossiers waarvan grotendeels particulier vastgoed. Je weet snel tot de kern van een vraagstuk te komen: jij denkt in mogelijkheden en werkt oplossingsgericht. Je werkt actief mee aan het verder vormgeven en professionaliseren van de werkzaamheden. Als organisatie streven wij voortdurend naar verbetering binnen ons werk.
