In dieser Schlüsselposition sind Sie Teil eines innovativen, multiprofessionellen Teams in einer modernen hausärztlichen Gemeinschaftspraxis. Sie arbeiten eng mit Ärzt_innen, Pflegekräften und Ordinationsassistenz zusammen und sorgen für einen reibungslosen, patientenzentrierten Ablauf im Ordinationsalltag.

Ihre Aufgaben umfassen u.a.:

* Eigenständige Betreuung von Patient: innen im Rahmen definierter Prozesse

* Durchführung von Patientenanamnesen, Vitalzeichenmessungen (RR, Puls, SPO2, Temp., BZ)

* Anwendung und Auswertung von Schnelltests (z.B. CRP, Urin, Strep A)

* Probengewinnung (z.B. Blutabnahme, Fingerstich usw.)

* Vorbereitung & Assistenz bei medizinischen Maßnahmen

* Vorbereiten von Impfungen, Injektionen und Infusionen

* Unterstützung bei kleineren ärztlichen Eingriffen und diagnostischen Tätigkeiten (z.B. EKG)

* Tätigkeit im Behandlungsmanagement & Raumlogistik

* Koordination der Behandlungsräume

* Mitverantwortung für Prozessqualität

* Administrative Aufgaben

* Dokumentation im Patientenverwaltungssystem

* Mithilfe bei internen Abläufen, Formularmanagement und organisatorischer Kommunikation

Was Sie mitbringen sollten:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Notfallsanitäter_in oder ein vergleichbarer medizinischer Hilfsberuf (z.B. PFA mit Akutbezug)

* Erfahrung im Patient_innenkontakt sowie sicheres, freundliches Auftreten

* Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Zuverlässigkeit

* Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit medizinischen Softwarelösungen (oder die Bereitschaft, sich rasch einzuarbeiten)

* Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und die Fähigkeit, auch in stressigen Momenten Ruhe und Überblick zu bewahren

Teil- bis Vollzeitanstellung innerhalb unserer Praxisöffnungszeiten Mo/Di/Do/Fr 8 bis 19 Uhr und Mi 7 bis 17 Uhr. Keine Nacht- und Wochenenddienste! Hervorragende Erreichbarkeit der Ordination mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, direkte Lage am Wiener Hauptbahnhof.

Gehalt auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung: ab EUR 2.500,- brutto monatlich, Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung!
