Onze klant is een internationale industriële speler die technische componenten en oplossingen levert aan toonaangevende OEM-klanten. Binnen een compacte, ondernemende omgeving werken zij aan verdere groei en productontwikkeling. De Belgische vestiging speelt hierin een belangrijke rol als operationele en technische site voor de Europese markt. De cultuur laat zich omschrijven als hands-on, flexibel en resultaatgericht: korte lijnen, veel eigenaarschap en de mogelijkheid om zichtbaar impact te maken. Voor een strategisch industrialisatieproject zoeken zij een ervaren NPI Industrialisation Engineer die een nieuwe productlijn technisch kan valideren, opschalen en klaarzetten voor productie.

Functie

Als NPI Industrialisation Engineer neem je een sleutelrol op in de introductie van een nieuw productieproces binnen de organisatie. De eerste materiaaltesten zijn lopende en voor de volgende stappen zoeken we iemand die het proces in handen kan nemen van pilot tot implementatie in serieproductie.

  • Technisch leiden van het industrialisatietraject van een gevalideerd mix design naar pilotproductie en uiteindelijk serieproductie.
  • Opzetten van gestructureerde trials om procesrisico’s, technische beperkingen en schaalbaarheidsuitdagingen tijdig te identificeren.
  • Vertalen van product- en klantvereisten naar concrete procesflows, lay-outs, werkinstructies en kwaliteitscontroles.
  • Selectie, specificatie en ingebruikname van equipment in samenwerking met interne stakeholders, leveranciers en technische partners.
  • Definiëren van kritische procesparameters, toleranties, controles en validatiemethodes.
  • Uitwerken van SOP’s, trainingsmateriaal en operatorinstructies zodat kennis duurzaam wordt overgedragen naar productie.
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van kwaliteitsdocumentatie zoals PFMEA, control plans, process validation en waar nodig ondersteuning bij PPAP of klantgoedkeuringen.
  • Technische afstemming met engineeringcollega’s in België en het Verenigd Koninkrijk om kennis, testresultaten en ontwerpkeuzes correct te vertalen naar productie.
  • Opbouwen van interne productie-expertise rond dit nieuwe proces zodat de organisatie op termijn zelfstandig en schaalbaar kan produceren.
  • Een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische richting vormt een goede basis, al primeert relevante ervaring.
  • Ervaring met high-density concrete, zwaarbeton of vergelijkbare materialen is essentieel om deze rol succesvol op te nemen.
  • Een achtergrond in manufacturing engineering, industrialisation, process engineering, NPI of product development sluit sterk aan.
  • Kwaliteitsmethodieken zoals PFMEA, control plans, SOP’s, process validation of PPAP zijn vertrouwd terrein of sluiten aan bij je ervaring.
  • Projectmatig werken zit in je natuur: faseren, plannen, documenteren, opvolgen en bijsturen gebeuren op een gestructureerde manier.
  • Hands-on betrokkenheid schrikt niet af; naast coördineren ben je bereid om zelf mee te testen, analyseren en implementeren.
  • Sterk analytisch vermogen helpt om technische risico’s, procesafwijkingen en verbeterkansen snel te detecteren.
  • Zelfstandigheid en eigenaarschap zijn cruciaal aangezien het om een nieuwe rol gaat met veel ruimte om zelf richting te geven.
  • Nederlandse en Engelse taalvaardigheid.
  • Occasionele verplaatsingen vormen geen probleem, al ligt de hoofdfocus op de Belgische site.
