The posting

Onze klant behoort tot de wereldtop in de productie van diepgevroren aardappelproducten voor private labels. Innovatie speelt een sleutelrol binnen de organisatie. Nieuwe producten succesvol ontwikkelen en lanceren vraagt een sterke coördinatie tussen verschillende afdelingen. Daarom zoeken we een ervaren Program Manager die projecten én mensen weet te sturen.

In deze functie combineer je strategisch projectmanagement met people management. Je leidt complexe innovatieprojecten van idee tot lancering en ondersteunt tegelijkertijd een team van Project Managers in hun verdere ontwikkeling.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je leidt strategische New Product Innovation-projecten van opstart tot succesvolle marktintroductie.
  • Je bepaalt samen met stakeholders de scope, planning, doelstellingen en succescriteria.
  • Je stuurt multidisciplinaire projectteams aan en bewaakt de voortgang van de verschillende projectfases.
  • Je beheert risico's, afhankelijkheden en wijzigingen binnen lopende projecten.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met Supply Chain, Procurement, Productie en Logistiek om een vlotte productlancering te garanderen.
  • Je coacht, begeleidt en ontwikkelt een team van Project Managers.
  • Je ondersteunt nieuwe collega's tijdens hun onboarding en verdere opleiding.
  • Je rapporteert projectresultaten en aanbevelingen aan het management en andere stakeholders.
  • Je optimaliseert projectmethodieken, processen en tools.
  • Je beheert de volledige NPI-projectportfolio en bewaakt de resourceplanning.
  • Je behaalde een bachelor of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in projectmanagement binnen een complexe organisatie.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het aansturen van multidisciplinaire teams.
  • Ervaring in people management, coaching of mentoring is een sterke troef.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met projectmanagementmethodieken en governanceprocessen.
  • Een PMP-certificering is een plus. Heb je een CAPM-certificaat en de ambitie om PMP te behalen? Dan komen ook jouw kandidatuur graag bekijken.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk, communiceert vlot en weet stakeholders mee te nemen in jouw projecten.
  • Je werkt proactief, gestructureerd en oplossingsgericht.
