Je richt je op het verbeteren en borgen van processen tijdens de introductie van nieuwe producten. Door jouw bijdrage worden kwaliteitsissues vroegtijdig gesignaleerd en structureel opgelost, zodat productieprocessen soepel verlopen en eindklanten optimaal worden beleverd. Je werkt nauw samen met multidisciplinaire teams en bent een belangrijke schakel tussen engineering, productie en supply chain. Je hebt een sterk verbetergerichte mindset en gebruikt gestructureerde methodieken zoals 8D om problemen duurzaam op te lossen. Daarbij weet je niet alleen de inhoud, maar ook de mensen met elkaar te verbinden om tot het beste resultaat te komen. - Je analyseert kwaliteitsafwijkingen en vertaalt deze naar heldere dashboards en inzichten voor stakeholders - Je faciliteert en leidt verbeterinitiatieven en zorgt dat teams effectief samenwerken - Je voert grondige root cause analyses uit en implementeert structurele oplossingen - Je borgt en optimaliseert processen binnen de NPI-fase en draagt bij aan continue verbetering - Je bent regelmatig aanwezig op de werkvloer bij klanten om kwa...
