Deine Aufgaben

* Neuausrichtung unserer Kostenrechnung, des Controllings und Reportings, gemeinsam mit der Abteilung Finanzwesen

* Erstellung von regelmäßigen Management- und Vorstandsberichten

* Personal-, Finanz- und Projektcontrolling

* Erstellen und Analyse von Budgets, Kosten und Kennzahlen

* Monitoring von Fördermitteln und Projekten

* Weiterentwicklung von Dashboards und Steuerungsinstrumenten

* Aufbereitung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen für die Geschäftsführung

* Identifikation von Risiken, Trends und Optimierungspotenzialen

Das bringst du mit

* Erfahrung im Controlling, Finanzmanagement, Kostenrechnung und Reporting (idealerweise aus einer Behinderten/Sozialeinrichtung)

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische, betriebswirtschaftliche oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung im Controlling, Finanz- oder Personalbereich

* Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denken und hohe Zahlenaffinität

* Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse, idealerweise Erfahrung mit Reporting- und BI-Tools (BMD - Kenntnisse von Vorteil)

* Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte einfach und verständlich darzustellen
