The posting

Wij zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste docent Nederlands als tweede taal (NT2) voor de nieuwe inburgering in Schiedam. Naast lesgeven zal je mogelijk ook een-op-een begeleiding bieden en waar nodig samenwerken met andere partners om de deelnemer zo goed mogelijk te ondersteunen bij het opbouwen van een nieuw leven in Nederland.

Taken Als NT2 docent nieuwe inburgering geef je les aan en begeleidt deelnemers binnen de Z-route of B1-route. Je zorgt ervoor dat nieuwkomers in een veilige omgeving de Nederlandse taal en praktische vaardigheden leren waarmee ze hun weg binnen de Nederlandse samenleving kunnen vinden. Door jouw persoonlijke aandacht kunnen de cursisten zich op hun eigen niveau ontwikkelen.

- Je verzorgt lessen alfabetisering, inburgering naar A2 en B1-niveau en begeleidt de praktijkgerichte onderdelen van ons lesprogramma.

- Je coacht deelnemers in hun leerproces, met aandacht voor de leefgebieden.

- Je toetst de voortgang en voert voortgangsgesprekken met je cursisten.

- Je registreert conform de afspraken in het cursistvolgsysteem.

- Je maakt waar nodig afspraken met samenwerkingspartners om praktijkgerichte onderdelen van het onderwijs uit te voeren en onderhoudt waar nodig contacten met andere begeleiders van de inburgeraar (trajectcoach, regievoerder gemeente, maatschappelijk begeleider, participatiecoach).

Vereisten

- Je bent gecertificeerd docent Nederlands als Tweede Taal (NT2) of beschikt over een vergelijkbare lesbevoegdheid.

- Je hebt ervaring met geven van NT2 onderwijs aan statushouders.

- Je kan minimaal één referentie overleggen, waarmee de volgende competenties worden onderschreven:

- kan het startniveau van de cursist bepalen en daarop het onderwijsplan afstemmen;

- kan gedifferentieerd werken en aansluiten bij individuele leerdoelen.
