Je geeft advies en combineert jouw vakkennis met commerciële vaardigheden. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's uit jouw eigen team en met de andere disciplines binnen VLIEG. Ieder klantcontact zie je als een kans om de klant goed te helpen en waar mogelijk breder te adviseren. Your role Als Adviseur Particuliere Verzekeringen adviseer je particuliere relaties over hun verzekeringen. Je stelt offertes op, verwerkt mutaties op lopende polissen en zorgt ervoor dat klanten een passend en duidelijk advies krijgen. Je hebt voornamelijk telefonisch en per e-mail contact met klanten en spreekt hen soms ook persoonlijk. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - het adviseren van particuliere klanten over passende verzekeringsoplossingen; - het opstellen van offertes; - het verwerken van mutaties op lopende polissen; - het telefonisch, per e-mail en persoonlijk te woord staan van klanten; - het geven van een zo goed mogelijk advies op basis van de situatie van de klant; - het herkennen en benutten van commerciële kansen tijdens klantgesprekken; - het samenwerken met collega's binnen verzekeringen, hypotheken en makelaardij.
