* Aufgaben

* Arbeitseinteilung und Materialbereitstellung für die Beschichtung

* Unterstützung der Disposition bei der Materialkoordination

* Einstellen der automatischen Beschichtungsanlage und Handbeschichtungsanlage mit den richtigen Parametern, sowie Freigabe und laufende Überwachung der vorgegebenen Qualitätsmerkmale

* Steuerung der Warenträger

* Koordination der Wartungsintervalle

* Überprüfung des gesamten Bereiches auf Ordnung und Sauberkeit

* Laufende Qualitätsüberwachung

* Prüfen der Prozessparameter

* Nachbestellung der erforderlichen Chemikalien und Pulvermaterialien

Anforderungen

* Ausbildung im Bereich Oberflächentechnik (zB Lehre Oberflächentechnik oder Lackierer) erforderlich, Facharbeiter BG D

* Erfahrung in der Pulverbeschichtung von Vorteil

* Erfahrung als Schichtführer von Vorteil

* Staplerschein erforderlich

* Arbeitszeit: 2schichtig, mit der Bereitschaft für 3Schichtbetrieb

Gehalt & Benefits

Wir bieten ihnen einen gesicherten Arbeitsplatz mit vielen Benefits. Für diese Stelle beträgt der Bruttostundenlohn € 20,83 plus ev. anfallende Zulagen. Die tatsächliche Einstufung erfolgt nach Berufsausbildung und Arbeitserfahrung.
