Im casual luxury Design- & Wellnesshotel Bergland Sölden verbinden wir persönliche Gastfreundschaft mit höchster Qualität, regionaler Küche und gepflegter Weinkultur.

Als Oberkellner unterstützt und vertrittst du die Restaurantleitung im operativen Alltag, führst dein Team mit Persönlichkeit und sorgst gemeinsam mit deinen Kolleg für einen reibungslosen Service auf 5-Sterne-Niveau.

Dein Aufgabenbereich

- Du unterstützt und vertrittst die Restaurantleitung bei den täglichen operativen Aufgaben

- Du sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf im Service und behältst auch in lebhaften Situationen den Überblick

- Du führst, motivierst und unterstützt unser Serviceteam

- Du übernimmst Verantwortung für deine eigene Servicestation und packst aktiv mit an

- Du betreust unsere internationalen Gäste herzlich und professionell

- Du berätst kompetent zu Speisen, Getränken und insbesondere zu passenden Weinen

- Du achtest auf die Einhaltung unserer Qualitäts- und Servicestandards

- Du unterstützt bei der Kontrolle von Warenein- und -ausgängen

- Du bringst dich aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung unseres Getränke- und Serviceangebots ein

- Du arbeitest eng mit Küche, Sommelier und den weiteren Abteilungen unseres Hauses zusammen.

Was dich auszeichnet

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Hotel- und Gastgewerbe oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

- Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position

- Freude an hochwertigem Service und echter Gastfreundschaft

- Gute Kenntnisse in Wein und Weinkultur, idealerweise mit entsprechender Weiterbildung

- Leidenschaft für regionale Produkte und eine qualitätsbewusste Gastronomie

- Führungskompetenz, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Durchsetzungsvermögen

- Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team

- Sicheres, professionelles und gepflegtes Auftreten

- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

- Motivation, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und dich fachlich weiterzuentwickeln
