Profil & Verantwortung

Als Obermonteur im Anlagen- und Sondermaschinenbau begleitest du komplexe Automatisierungsanlagen über den gesamten Entstehungsprozess. Das Spektrum reicht von der mechanischen Vormontage im Werk bis zur fachgerechten Übergabe vor Ort beim Kunden.

Aufgabenbereich

* Werksmontage: Mechanischer Aufbau und Vormontage von komplexen Sondermaschinen und Automatisierungsanlagen im Haus.

* Baustellen- & Endmontage: Durchführung der Vor-Ort-Montage sowie Begleitung der Inbetriebnahme beim Kunden.

* Prozesskoordination: Eigenständige Steuerung der Montageabläufe und Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Baustellenbetriebs.

* Schnittstellenfunktion: Direkte Abstimmung und enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem internen Projektteam.

Anforderungsprofil

* Ausbildung: Abgeschlossene technische Lehre (z. B. Maschinenbautechnik, Schlosser oder vergleichbare Ausbildung).

* Berufserfahrung: Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Montage von Sondermaschinen oder im technischen Anlagenbau.

* Fachkompetenz: Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für vor- und nachgelagerte technische Prozesse und gesamtheitliche Abläufe.

* Arbeitsweise: Selbstständiger, strukturierter Arbeitsstil, Belastbarkeit in anspruchsvollen Montagesituationen sowie hohe Verlässlichkeit.

* Rahmenbedingungen: Bereitschaft zu projektbezogenen Montageeinsätzen, Führerschein B sowie solide Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.

Für diese Position ist ein Bruttojahresgehalt (ohne Zulagen) ab € 45.000,- (auf Vollzeitbasis gemäß KV Metallgewerbe) vorgesehen. Je nach konkreter Qualifikation und Erfahrung besteht die ausdrückliche Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.

Sämtliche Überstunden, Reisezulagen und Spesen werden transparent nach Aufwand vergütet.
