DEIN JOB

* Montageleitung bei unseren Stammkunden: Du übernimmst die Verantwortung und

sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf.

* Führung und Arbeitseinteilung: Du koordinierst ein Team von bis zu 10 Mitarbeiter_innen

und sorgst für eine effiziente Umsetzung.

* Materialmanagement: Du bestellst und verwaltest das benötigte Material eigenständig.

* Qualitätskontrolle: Du überprüfst die Montagen und stellst sicher, dass höchste Standards

eingehalten werden.

* Teilnahme an Baubesprechungen: Du bist in Abstimmungen involviert und bringst dein Fachwissen aktiv ein.

* Dokumentation: Du führst das Bautagebuch und erstellst Regiescheine.

* Arbeitssicherheit: Du achtest darauf, dass alle Sicherheitsvorschriften eingehalten werden.

* Einsätze je nach Wohnort möglich

DEINE SKILLS

* Abgeschlossene elektrotechnische Ausbildung (Lehre, Fachschule, HTL, etc.)

* Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung

* Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Führungskompetenz und Teamfähigkeit

* Führerschein B

* Kommunikationssichere Deutschkenntnisse

Es erwartet dich eine abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit in einem professionellen und familiären Arbeitsumfeld. Im Weiteren erleichtert dir unser etablierter Onboardingprozess deinen Einstieg in unser Unternehmen sowie in dein Arbeitsgebiet. Aus gesetzlichen Gründen weisen wir darauf hin, dass der kollektivvertragliche Monatsbruttolohn 2025 (bei Vollzeitanstellung 38,5 Stunden) für diese Position € 3.324,38 + Zulagen sowie 13. und 14. Gehalt beträgt. Das tatsächliche Gehalt vereinbaren wir gemeinsam je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung im persönlichen Gespräch.
