Arbeitsort: Filiale in Langkampfen

Vollzeitbeschäftigung im Ausmaß von 38,5 Stunden pro Woche in Daueranstellung

IHRE AUFGABEN:

* Baustelleneinrichtung in Zusammenarbeit mit der Projektleitung

* aktive Mitarbeit auf der Baustelle

* Organisation und Koordination der benötigten Betriebsmittel und Materialien

* Koordination des Personaleinsatzes vor Ort

* Unterstützung, Anleitung und Kontrolle der Mitarbeiter_innen vor Ort

* Führung sämtlicher geltender Aufzeichnungen

* Übernahme von Führungsaufgaben der direkt unterstellten Mitarbeiter_innen

UNSERE ANFORDERUNGEN:

* Solide branchenspezifische Ausbildung (Lehre Elektrotechnik, Meister_in, HTL oder Ähnliches)

* Einschlägige Berufserfahrung als Elektromonteur_in bzw. Elektro-Obermonteur_in

* Erfahrung in der Abwicklung von Großbaustellen

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Verlässlichkeit und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit

* Führungserfahrung und hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Durchsetzungsvermögen, Engagement sowie Teamfähigkeit

Arbeitszeiten:

Mo - Do: 7:30 - 12 und 13 - 17 Uhr

Fr: 7:30 - 12 Uhr
