Voor één van onze zorgklanten in de regio Venlo zoeken wij een Objectleider Schoonmaak voor 32 uur per week . Jij stuurt het schoonmaakteam aan, bewaakt de kwaliteit en zorgt dat de dagelijkse werkzaamheden goed verlopen. Jouw rol Als objectleider ben jij het aanspreekpunt op de zorglocatie. Je houdt overzicht, stuurt medewerkers aan en zorgt ervoor dat de schoonmaak volgens de gemaakte afspraken en kwaliteitsnormen wordt uitgevoerd. Je schakelt met medewerkers, klant en interne organisatie en grijpt in wanneer dat nodig is. Wat maakt deze functie interessant? - 32 uur per week van maandag t/m vrijdag; - Dagelijks vanaf 07:00 uur; - Incidenteel werken in het weekend; - Aansturen en begeleiden van het schoonmaakteam; - Veel contact met medewerkers en de klant; - Een functie met verantwoordelijkheid en ruimte voor eigen initiatief. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de schoonmaak op de locatie goed georganiseerd is: - Je stuurt schoonmaakmedewerkers aan en begeleidt het team; - Je bewaakt de planning, bezetting en voortgang; - Je controleert de kwaliteit van de schoonmaakwerkzaamheden; - Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor de klant en medewerkers; - Je begeleidt nieuwe medewerkers tijdens hun inwerkperiode; - Je signaleert knelpunten en zet verbeteracties uit; - Je zorgt voor een duidelijke werkwijze en goede communicatie; - Je ondersteunt bij urenregistratie en administratieve werkzaamheden. Vereisten Jij bent een duidelijke en betrokken leidinggevende die goed kan organiseren en snel kan schakelen. Werken binnen een zorgomgeving vraagt om verantwoordelijkheid, nauwkeurigheid en goede communicatie.
