Op deze locatie ben jij leidinggevende van een team van 130 schoonmaakmedewerkers. Het Reinier de Graaf is een topklinisch ziekenhuis waar goede zorg, innovatie, onderzoek en opleiding centraal staan. Dankzij jouw inzet kunnen patiënten, bezoekers en medewerkers iedere dag rekenen op een schone en veilige omgeving. Als objectleider zorg jij samen met je team voor schone plekken waar mensen kunnen werken en leven. Met een prima salaris natuurlijk, elke vier weken op tijd op je rekening. En met slimme oplossingen die jouw werk leuker en makkelijker maken. Dit ga je doen als objectleider: - Je stuurt medewerkers aan, geeft aanwijzingen en controleert de werkkwaliteit en voortgang - Je regelt de personele bezetting, beoordeelt nieuwe medewerkers en begeleidt hen tijdens hun proeftijd - Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en de klanten.
