Voor een schoonmaaklocatie in de onderwijssector zoeken wij een objectleider die de werkzaamheden coördineert en ervoor zorgt dat de kwaliteit op orde is. Wat ga je doen? Als objectleider zorg je ervoor dat de schoonmaakwerkzaamheden goed verlopen. Je houdt overzicht, begeleidt medewerkers en bewaakt de gemaakte afspraken. • Je stuurt de schoonmaakmedewerkers aan en motiveert hen. • Je verdeelt de werkzaamheden en bewaakt de voortgang. • Je controleert de kwaliteit van de schoonmaak. • Je signaleert bijzonderheden en denkt mee over oplossingen. • Je zorgt voor een goede samenwerking binnen het team. • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor vragen over de dagelijkse werkzaamheden. Wat bieden wij jou? • Een functie voor 17,5 uur per week. • Vaste werkdagen van maandag tot en met vrijdag. • Werktijden van 15.30 tot 19.00 uur. • Een verantwoordelijke functie met ruimte om zelfstandig te werken. • Een werkomgeving binnen de onderwijssector. Wat vragen wij van jou? • Je hebt ervaring in de schoonmaak en bij voorkeur met het aansturen van medewerkers. • Je kunt goed organiseren en prioriteiten stellen. • Je bent zelfstandig, betrouwbaar en resultaatgericht. • Je hebt oog voor kwaliteit en werkt nauwkeurig. • Je kunt duidelijk communiceren en weet medewerkers op een positieve manier te motiveren.
