Als Objectmanager ben jij de spil van alles wat er op jouw objecten gebeurt. Jij houdt het overzicht, stuurt je team aan en bouwt aan langdurige klantrelaties, met de vrijheid om het op jouw manier te doen. Wat ga jij doen? Je beheert een eigen portefeuille aan technische onderhoudscontracten voor uiteenlopende gebouwen in de regio. Geen dag is hetzelfde: de ene ochtend ben je bezig met een klantgesprek, de volgende middag stuur je je servicetechnici aan of controleer je budgetten en rapportages. - Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor het dagelijks beheer van jouw onderhoudscontracten en de bijbehorende objecten - Je geeft leiding aan een team van service coördinatoren en technici en zorgt dat zij weten wat er van hen verwacht wordt - Je onderhoudt proactief contact met opdrachtgevers en bouwt aan sterke, duurzame klantrelaties - Je bewaakt het budget, stelt meerjarenbegrotingen op en zorgt dat de financiële administratie klopt - Je fungeert als VGM-coördinator en ziet toe op naleving van veiligheids- en kwaliteitsstandaarden Wat breng jij mee? Je hebt een afgeronde HBO-opleiding, bij voorkeur in een technische of projectmanagementrichting. Daarnaast heb je aantoonbare ervaring in een coördinerende of leidinggevende functie, bij voorkeur binnen installatietechniek of gebouwbeheer. Je weet hoe je een team motiveert, houdt het hoofd koel onder druk en schakelt makkelijk tussen klant, techniek en organisatie. Ervaring met budgetbeheer en rapportages is een pré.
